Count Rows
 

hello,

Does anyone know how you could count only the rows where the cells data
has a font color of red ?
I need to add something like this to a macro.

You need a VBA function. See www.cpearson.com/excel/colors.htm
for example code.

Count Rows
 

Is it possible to add a formula that counts the number of non-blank rows
regardless of content?

I could then count the rows to below the bottom of table and the
formula would keep it up to date if extra rows are added.
