Default Custom Toolbar Position

My workbook has a custom toolbar attached to it. Each time the
workbook opens, the toolbar appears, and when the workbook is closed,
the copy of the toolbar in memory is deleted. I want the toolbar to
always appear in the center horizontally and immediately above the
formula bar vertically (that is, be the toolbar closest to the
worksheet), no matter what machine the workbook is opened on. I
thought I had this fixed until I switched to Excel 2002. Thanks in
advance, James
