Default and another one!!

I have a workbook with 6 sheets. Sheet one being the master sheet.

In Sheet 1 (Master) cell "H3" has the following formula =Sheet2!F3 and
is formatted as a date format (Eg. 31-03-06)

At the moment on "Sheet2!F3" the cell is blank / Empty but on the
master the reference to this cell shows 00/01/00.

Is there anyway to formulate the master so that it does not put
anything in the cell if the cell on the sheet it is referencing is
blank / empty

Many thanks for any help offered

Paul
