How do I diable Show Tabs under Option Menu
 

Hi

I got a workbook which I would like to disable the option of showing
the Tabs button as well as some other option found under the option
menu so that an advanced user can not enable the show tabs option. I
tried Protected workbook (No luck) Tried protecting sheet (No Luck)
there must be a way.
