SpellNumber Function

This is the basic spellnumb
er macro form microsoft
it spells number in english
so i want ot convert it to convert numbers to arabic the main problems
a
in arabic we say like one thousand as one word
and two thousand as one word too so i need to make a function that
will cal
l from 1000 to 9000
and same for hundred we say one hundred as one word and two hundred as
one w
ord
so i need another function for hundred
the other problem is that we write numbers from right to left
like :
78
we spell it like eighty seven
so i need to make the 78.76
spelled like eighty seven and sixty seven cents
also we say eighty and seven and sixty and seven cents
so i need and after each one
so could any one help me in that
i would be greatful

Showing some numbers and then using a different set of words for them
(78.76 - eighty seven pounds and sixty seven piasters?) doesn't really help
me, and I don't understand when you say one hundred is one word?
