inserting rows in between using VBA
 

Hi!

I need to extract data from access to excel. That data include names .
Databse can update at any time. I got the code for extending the names
list whenenver idatabse changes but i need code for inserting rows
whenever any name inserts in the middle of names like i can add names
in the end but i can't add in the middle. I extract these names (data)
on dialy basis. Can anyomne help me
