Default VBA: Opening a .txt chosen by the user

I've found out how to open a .txt using VBA, but does anyone have ideas
how I can prompt the user to find the correct .txt for importing data,
as the location of their data would probably change depending upon
where they last saved it?

Thanks,
Lucas
