Default Hiding Column/Row Headings/Numbers

I've a Sheet with a custom view to only show cells A1 thru F15 for a small
info panel on a workbook.

My question is how do I stop the display of the column headings and row
numbers?

I can't find anything in Excel help guide.

I'm running Excel 2000 SR-1 and NT4 by the way :o)

Many Thanks
David
