Numbers not copied from closed file
 

When copying a range from a closed file, numbers (eg 1,15,etc) in a column
with mixed data (alpha-numeric, 1, 15,1A, 15B) are not being copied ie. 1 and
15
will not be copied while 1A, 15B will be copied. What may be causing this
problem and how can it be corrected.
PS. Using Workbook from Ron de Bruin.
