Help to solve login problem
Have been using Excel's Web Query and IE6 all the time to browse and
download data from a protected site.. without problem once I log-in to the site from IE using password and userid..the secured site did not detect any difference on whether I use Web Query or IE to browse the site... Changed my hardisk and motherboard from single core to dual core last week and installed the same XP operating system, Excel 2003, IE 6.. now the secured site detected the difference and I can only use one browser, either IE or Web Query to browse the site.. greatly inconvenienced as I use Web Query and VBA to download data and cannot use Web Query to supply password/userid to enter the secured site... Anyone have experienced similar problem.. Quite sure it is not the motherboard.. because the problem disappear when I use the older harddisk with the new motherboard.. Thanks advance for any help.. |
