Change Dates to 01 of Month
Hi,
I am working in the UK date format dd/mm/yy. I am tring to sort by Month and Year, However many of my dates are not the first of the month. Whilst I can change the display format as mm/yy. This does not effect the sorting. before 01/02/06 05/02/06 06/05/06 After 01/02/06 01/02/06 01/05/06 Thanks in advance -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
Change Dates to 01 of Month
Hi,
what does sorting by Month and Year mean? original 20/05/2006 15/01/2007 after sorting (ascending by month and year) 15/01/2007 20/05/2006 or after sorting (ascending by year, month and day) 20/05/2006 15/01/2007 Or does it mean something completely different? Regards, Ivan |
