I need to go to a excel spreadsheet get a value for product/qty
 

I have a form program that I want to check the inventory before I actually go
to order something. The inventory is stored in another excel spreadsheet. I
need it to go on a product and find the qty on hand in the sheet and return
the value. Any ideas would be helpful.
