Pasting Question
 

I am just wondering i have to paste a few thigs at once into a list and the
trouble I am having is that when it does the calculations it is so slow.
The reason is it is filling the whole worksheet with the code and then
working it out.

Is there a way for the code only to be pasted into cells have have
information in column a
