how do i find and replace using variable input

I have a set of numbers (total 25 numbers) in matrix 5 x 5. I want to enter
ONE set of numbers on ONE row (total 5 Numbers) and have the "Find" and
Replace function... find the same number in the ONE ROW MATRIX.. and match
that number to the FIVE ROW MATRIX... and either put an "X" in the box, or
just BOLD that number. Thanks for any help from the experts !
