External Data Query
I've got quite an External Data Query set up in
spreadsheet A. It is sourcing a data table in spreadsheet B. When I refresh the query the spreadsheet B opens, and stays open. I've tried refreshing on a different machine and the source file always opens up. Is there a setting in the query that needs to be changed so that on refresh the source file B stays closed? ....or is it by design in Excel that the source file is forced to open? Do I need to get a vba workaround together? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason |
