hOW DO I MAKE A CELL CONTENT BLINK (ON, AND OFF)?

No built in support for it. You would have to write a macro to do it. then
run the macro either continuously while it is blinking or periodically to
make it change from on to off, from off to on.

Hi Tom, hey thanks for your time, next how do I go about writing a macro for
it, can you help me with this, (if this is not too involved) I will
understand if you do not have the time thanks again
