A work problem
 

We had a lady leave work and she had some macros set up in Excel. What
they are trying to do here is when some one different signs on they
want the same Excel macros to work for that person too. How do I go
about doing that or is that not possible.

My guess is that the macros are in her personal.xls.

Use the file search capability to find all the files named personal.xls

You should then be able to identify which one was hers based on where it is
located.

You can rename that file and then put it in a place where others can open
it, then they can use the macros. Or you can transfer the macro's to their
personal.xls.
