Save as XML File msg !! (Macros)

I have a xls file with a macro, when i run the macro and i open another
xls file and i need to save as xls file and xml file.

i try to save as xml file, but always a msg box appear to tell me that
the xml file was save w/o the vb project (macros) i need to click yes.

Theres an auto way to do that using macros of course.

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename:=LogDia, FileFormat:=xlXMLSpreadsheet,
ReadOnlyRecommended:=True

any idea ??

Thanks
Ricardo
