2000 will Hang - 2003 will Open
 

Hi all,

I have a proprietary Excel app I'm working on. One of the functions in the
application will copy a template worksheet and place it in the workbook.
This functioanllity works fine in 2003 however in 2000 after it copies the
template and you save the workbook it will hang up on open. This appears to
be when its trying to re-calc the workbook, I typically see about two bars
and then nothing... If I open in 2003 everything is fine. If the file is
saved from 2003 myseriously 2000 can now open it. The template worksheet
contains about 200 formulas and has a Worksheet_Activate function. When
coping the worksheet Application.Calculate is set to Manual.
