Whats the "UI" mean in this:

Private Sub Workbook_BeforeSave(ByVal SaveAsUI As Boolean, Cancel As
Boolean)

From Excel VBA help.......

SaveAsUi True if the Save As dialog box will be displayed.

The UI (user interface), in this case the save as dialog box will or will
not be displayed depending on the value of this parameter.
