Screen tips
 

Hi
Is it possible to have a screen tip pop up to describe what a button
does before pressing it ? - Much in the same way as the word "Line"
pops up when the mouse pointer hovers over the line tool.
I am just using shapes created from the drawing toolbar and they have a
macro assigned to them.
