Compile error: Can't find project or library

I have been testing without any issues on one computer, when I ran my code on
another computer I got this error. What's more strange is that it is
complaining about the LEFT command.

If Dir(Left(MainPath, 3), vbDirectory) = "" Then

just to test, I removed the LEFT statement:

If Dir(MainPath, vbDirectory) = "" Then

and it worked fine, but stopped on the next LEFT.

If Len(MainPath) = 3 Then MainPath = Left(MainPath, 2)

Any ideas?

Ok, more research and I founf the a MISSING reference for "Microsoft Outlook
11.0 Object library"

Why would this affect the Left command?

Why would this be missing on another computer?

How do I fix this?

Remove the reference or fix it using the browse button in the references
dialog.
