Default Please Help!!

I would like to combine two statements:

IF(D30="nd","<0.1",D30)
This statement yields < 0.1 if the user enters "nd" into D30,
otherwise, the statement yields whatever is put into D30.

OR (D30="nd",D30<=0.44)
This statement allows the user to only input into the cell a "nd" or
any number less than or equal to 0.44.

I need a combined statement that will yield a "< 0.1" if a user enters
"nd" into D30, yields a "< 0.1" if a user enters any value less than or
equal to 0.04. If anything else, then the statement would yield
whatever is put into D30.

In other words, I need a statment to say IF D30="nd" OR <=0.44, then
the yield would be "< 0.1". Otherwise, the yield would be whatever is
put into the cell (any number greater than 0.44)

Can someone please help?

Thanks!!!!
