Link to a specific sheet
I have an excel workbook with a number of different documents consolidtaed
into one - I want to give my user the ability to link directly from my shareppint site to the specific page (tab), fill in some information and save the sheet as a separate file. Mty rpoblem has to do with the link from sharepoint to excel. This is what I have added to my sharepoint site - http://members.architecture.td.com/s...tes/Governance worksheet_Apr2006.xls#Sign Off!D4 This sort of works - it does open the book on the correct tab....but instead of going to the cell D4, it pops up an error mesage that says "reference is not valid". I have tried putting in a wider range (eg. A1:E20) with the same results and if I do not specify a range at all, I receive an error saying I need to specifiy a range... Any ideas?? |
