disable the Tool menu in toolbar
 

thank you again AA2e72E,but is there a way to disable the combination of
Alt+F8 that enable the users from accessing the macro table
by the way the line Application.CommandBars.Item("Tools").Visible = False
does not work it reports an error message but any way the first line is enough
