Control Objects missing when opened on one pc.

I have an issue with Excel and opening a file with controls embedded on a
worksheet. First, all controls and code work fine from all but one computer
in my office. When the Excel file is opened and the Enable Macros button
clicked, the file opens with the controls, but they immediately disappear on
this pc. I've looked through add ins and see nothing wrong there. Any ideas
what setting on this one pc could be causing this effect?

I would look in the excel start folder to see if there are any templates that
are overriding your code. The full version of PDF and several PDA
applications are nortorious for this type of thing.

I checked the Startup folder on the problem pc. It is blank. The Startup
folder on the creating pc has an entry for pdfmaker.dot. Any other thoughts?
