Problem saving sequential numbers order book
Hello, I made a purchase order excel book where every time i entered the template the order number would increase by 1 - e.g C1002, C1003, C1004 etc etc However, i have typed out a full order on the template then tried to save it as the current order number (in this case it was C1002). Then, when i need to make another order, i go back into the template expecting the order number to go up to C1003, but it just stays at C1002. I then go into the saved order C1002 and that number increases by 1 to C1003. Any ideas???? -- Blues ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Blues's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=30771 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=532546 |
