Default Combine 2 columns of numbers (A+B=C)

This has me totally stumped......

Is it possible to combine column A with column B to get this result?

Column A Column B Column C
8888021100013 00020 888802110001300020
9310004342206 00003 931000434220600003

I can combine the A&B ok but I keep losing the zeros in column B and my
result looks like this:

Column A Column B Column C
8888021100013 00020 888802110001320
9310004342206 00003 93100043422063

The string in column B must be 5 numbers and I have tried many
differing formatting options but just cant seem to get the wanted
result.

Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right
direction.

Regards,
Dean

In C1, enter formula:
=A1&TEXT(B1,"00000")

Excellent... Thanks Ardus

This may be pushing it but is is also possible to apply the same on
column A?

IE: Column A must be a 13 digit number and sometimes has zero's leading

Eg

5510254

0000005510254

Thanks

You could make it look that way with a custom format of 0000000000000

Bob,

I may have not been clear in my explanation. Column A is aready
formatted that way and does look correct eg

0000005510254

The issue I have is that I lose the leading zero's in Column A. The
formula listed by Ardus provied an accurate fix for Column B into
column C (add the zeros) but I need to do the same on Column A.

So if I have

Column A Column B Column C
0000005510254 00020 000000551025400020

Thanks.

So do you want

=TEXT(A1,"0000000000000")&TEXT(B1,"00000")
