Save emails using only part of subject line
 

Hi,

Wonder if someone can help please.

I need to save emails for backup purposes at work. Unfortunately the email
subjects for these emails are ridiculously long.

Does anyone know please whether I could save these emails to my perosnl
drive using only a part of the subject line.
