Remove Comment Indicators

Hi There,

Is it possible to remove the comment indicators? ....Or To make it
transparent?

Debra has a technique for covering the original indicators, but that's
not exactly what I'm after.

Best regards Sige

Tools - Options - View. In the comment indicator section, there are three
options. None will make the comnet indicator invisible...

Hi Jim,

It does indeed ...but you cannot see the comment neither when selecting
the cell...

I guess I misunderstood what you wanted. Did you try using validation. Set
the input to Any Value and attach an input message. When you eter the cell
the message pops up. That being said you can not just hover over the cell to
get the message.

Hi Jim,

Data validation is a bit too rigid ...
There are just an immense lot of "comments"... that makes the
spreadsheet look like a 150-hole golfcourse or a de-mining squad team
at work with all those red "flags".
(comment indicators).

Enfin,
If there is someone who can make the "red indicators" transparent ...

Best Regards sige
