targeting another prg by using DDE in the code
 

....need a example for "coding" functions that would identify a existing
program on my PC and illustrate how to access that prg for updating .. Any
suggestions (Tom)?

Background : I've already extrapolated data from "this" system and converted
it into a Excel-based format ....I made some changes and now want to
"re-enter" it back into its respective fields in its system ..(essentially
reversing my actions)

Any help would appreciated it.
