Office & WebServices Issue
I have doubt on Office 2000 integration with WebServices, hope someone can
give some suggestions on my issue. Im working in the integration of Office2000(Excel) applications with Web Services. Microsoft comes with a product called as Office XP and Web Services Toolkit 2.0 which is used for integrating WebServcies and Office applications. Im able to access the Web Servcies in Office 2003 for the following configuration OS: Windows 2003 Web server: IIS 6.0 Query: If I change my OS to Windows XP, Im able to access the WebService from the system, but for few workstation Im not able to access. I have checked for the Client configuration, which are Office XP,2000 Office & WebServcies Tookit 2.0 SOAP Toolkit 2.0 SP2 For installing SOAP Toolkit 2.0 SP2, the pre-requisites are VB 6.0 runtime files & MSXML 3.0 Parser SP2 I have installed all the Client components but still Im not able to access the Webservice in Office2000 (Windows XP.). I just want to know the exact steps for Client configuration in Windows XP. Please suggest your views asap. Thanks in advance Regards Srinivasan.R |
