Newbie needs an OnKey
 

I need some help with an OnKey event and really don;'t know a whole lot
about them.

I have a control combo box in Excel 2003, called "companies" in a work
sheet and I can't tab out of it. Is there a way I can add an OnKey
event so that after the user makes their selection in the combo box,
either the tab key or the enter key will move the focus to specific
cell called "date"?

Ideally I would like the combo box to have the focus when the sheet is
initially opened and then after the value is selected, the user either
hits the tab key or the enter key and the focus goes to the date cell.
