VBA-Books

I'm new to excel and know that it has many capabilites to make a job easier.
I'm interested in learning about VBA. Can anyone recommend a step-by-step
with graphics book for someone that does not have any knowledge? I'm
currently using Excel 2003.

Thanks,

Jim Thomlinson
