Combo Box Protection Problem

I have a worksheet that has several example problems. The worksheet has
hundreds of rows of text and text boxes. I have created a combobox to link to
different example problems in the worksheet (because of the many rows). At
the end of each example problem I have a link that takes the user back to the
top of the worksheet. When the user clicks "^top" the combobox is deleted and
a new combobox is formed with the first example problem listed in the box
(which is viewed when the worksheet is loaded). When I protect the worksheet
the macro for deleting the combobox will not run and causes an error. I then
protected my worksheet with "Edit Objects" checked on the protection menu.
However, when I do this, all of my text boxes are able to be edited. I dont
want this. So is there anyway that I can protect everything on the sheet but
allow my program to delete the combobox? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Thank You!

Have your macro unprotect the sheet, delete the combobox, reprotect the sheet.

Combo Box Protection Problem

This works, but it leaves the cell indicator on. I dont want this. When I
protect the worksheet manually everything works perfect except I cannot
delete my combobox. Is there a way to reset a combobox to the first value in
it while the sheet is protected??? Thanks in advance!
