workbook open event issue
 

I am running into an issue of workbook event not getting executed when I open
a workbook. This happens occasionally. Looks like there is some kind of
conflict. One of the occasion was when one workbook was closing while Excel
was opening another one on my desktop. Is there a way to fix this problem?
