Default parsing full names in to 3 columns

hello,

this is a newbie question.

I have a column in excel,

ADAMS, LILLIAN ROZANN
ANDERSON, SUSAN M
ANDERSON, THOMAS J
BAANDERS, BONDIANA F
BEAN, JODY LYNN
BECKER, BETTE J
BERGSENG, ARTHUR M
BERGSENG, CAROL N

I need to parse the last name, first name and middle name(intial) in to
seperate columns.

What would be the best course of action for this?

TIA
