Dropdown Hyperlinks
 

In a worksheet, when a user clicks a certain object, for example an
AutoShape, a list drops down, where the user clicks on one of the list items
which hyperlinks to another document (Word or Excel). There will be about 40
hyperlinked files to select from. After the user has clicked on a listed
item, the hyperlink document comes on screen. Meanwhile, the worksheet
returns to normal - the drop down disappears and only the AutoShape (to be
clicked on again later) remains. Can someone suggest how to construct such a
tool?
