Help with a Macro
 

I want to create a macro. Basically all it does is reformat some
information I paste into the collumns. I have one collumn that has title in
it. I want to place all text in ' ' . Then there is two seperate colluns
with #'s that I want to reformat to five digits. I don't know how long the
collumns will be so I need a littl help.
