Break Scheduling based on Input of Calls Volume
Hi, Does anyone know how to forecast 15 mins, 30 mins, 15 mins breaks for Reps on the basis of Call Volume, so that during peak hours, it can calculate less no. of reps for breaks & during idle time more reps can be sent on a break. PLEASE HELP ASAP!
