Quick Simple VB Snippet Needed

Hey there,

Quick question as I am a bit rusty - I need a quick snippet to delete cell
contents within the user selected area so that the cell returns to
ISBLANK/nothing there status - IF the value of the cell = A specific value
for example #N/A, or 1, etc...
