How read a csv file to load named cells
 

How do I write a macro to read a csv file that contains a list of
cellnames,values like that below to load the values into the correspondingly
named worksheet cells.

File d:\test.csv contains:
aaaa,1
bbbb,2
cccc,3
dddd,4
