hOW to retrive the Data after did UPPERCASE
 

I tried this =upper(A1) formula to change the case of A1 Cell text.
After changed the A1 cell text in B1 Cell, I deleted the A1 lowercase
text at the same time B1 cell text also deleting, so confirm me how i
have to do.

after you put formula in

COPY

then, from the Edit menu -- Paste Special - Values

this will trun the formulas into the values and then you can
delete the source cells, move them, etc
