Display a form prior to workbook being displayed
 

Can this be done? I have a welcome splash screen (form) I want
displayed while my menu's get set up and before the workbook is
displayed.

What is the best way to do this. No matter what I try the workbook is
displayed then the application is hidden while the form is displayed.
