If someone has no Personal Macro Workbook, where do I create one and how?

I think it is enought to record a new macro and save it in personal MW
Then it is created.

No Personal Macro Workbook?
 

The easiest way I know of is just to record a macro (anything will do) and
the first screen will ask where you want to store the macro. Select your
Personal workbook and you are good to go... After that you can put whatever
you want in there.
