copy and paste cells to a different worksheet according to IF results

Hello!

I have several worksheets that have tons of information regarding
soldiers. I have several columns on those worksheets that have an "X"
in them if that particular soldier is assigned to a certain detail. I
am wondering if there is a way to search those column for an X, if X is
found then to take a certain cells from that row (i.g. Name, Rank, SSN)
and copy them onto a different worksheet. I have attached a file to
show what I'm talking about. Any help and information on the subject
would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Have you tried autofilter?

Switch autofilter on for the table. Filter on the relevant column and then
cut and paste special, values into another sheet.

Hope this helps
