Start Excel at a Certain Time
Is there a way to have excel start at a certain time?
I would like to be able to have Excel start at a specified time and open a specific file which in turn would run a series of routines to do what I need done. I'm running Windows XP Professional, and I have written the routines and they are set to run when the file is opened. Thanks in advance, Raul |

Try using Scheduled Tasks (Start-Accessories-System Tools). Browse for
the Excel file (the XLS) not Excel itself. -- Jim "Raul" wrote in message ... | Is there a way to have excel start at a certain time? | I would like to be able to have Excel start at a specified time and open a | specific file which in turn would run a series of routines to do what I need | done. | | I'm running Windows XP Professional, and I have written the routines and | they are set to run when the file is opened. | | Thanks in advance, | Raul | | |
