Default Formatting textbox in forms control

I've created a form (Excel 2003) and have textboxes to collect data.

Some data are numeric. Are there any controls that I can use that will
format numbers, percent, etc?

I've already written code to format, but it is cumbersome.

Dealing with the same thing - seems that a textbox is just a textbox.
Looks like we'll need to format as desired to achieve out format
results for "$" and "%"....
