Default Update A Record In Access. Not Adding But Editing

Hi all,

I am at the point that I know how to import and export data from Exce
to Access. The problem now is that I want to update some fields an
recordsets in Access from Excel.

I.E: I have imported some data from Access to Excel. I want to mak
some changes in the data and return it to Access. Is there any way t
do so? Is there any command in excel to delete all records in an Acces
table?

thanks a lot
