convert utf-8 to ansi csv?
 

hi..

i'm trying to use a report desginer which expoets files csv, how it
does so with UTF-8 encoding, is there a way to convert it to ansi so
excel won't view it as garbage?

(a freeware command line util or an option in excel itself (using excel
xp)
